Yes, Xterium has native apps: War of Alliances for Android (Google Play) and iOS (App Store), plus a separate Android app for Reborn. It is the same game as in the browser, not a cut-down version: one account and shared progress across devices, alliance wars, push notifications about attacks. Installing is optional — all three universes, including Classic, are playable right in your phone browser.

The Xterium mobile app is a full client of the War of Alliances universe, not a cut-down version: build and grow colonies, research technology, assemble fleets, send expeditions and fight alliance wars right from your phone. The Classic and Reborn universes are available on the same account via the browser, and Reborn also has its own Android app.
Xterium is a cross-platform game: play on PC and phone with one account. Progress is unified — a single account links the browser, Android and iOS, so you can start a turn at the computer and finish it on your phone without losing progress. Push notifications warn you in time about an incoming attack, a finished build or a new alliance message — you will react in time even away from your PC.
The apps are available free for Android (7.0 and newer) and iOS (13 and newer). A premium account is optional and only adds convenience, not a gameplay advantage — you can win entirely for free. Download the app or start in the browser and switch to mobile at any time without losing progress.
