Cannot sign in to my account — what should I do?

Use the password recovery form at /users/login. If it does not help — write to support@xterium.com with your email and game login.

I was banned — is this a mistake?

Write to support@xterium.com with your game login. Each case is reviewed individually. Check the Game Rules — they describe what gets you banned.

How do I delete my account?

Send your account deletion request to support@xterium.com from the email you registered with. Deletion is irreversible — your data is wiped according to GDPR.

Registration confirmation email is not arriving

Check the Spam folder. If you cannot find it — try another email or write to support@xterium.com.

Payment failed but the money was withdrawn

Write to support@xterium.com with the amount, payment method, time and game login. Usually the payment goes through automatically within 24 hours.

Cannot install the mobile app

Minimum Android version — 7.0, iOS — 13. For older devices use the browser version.

Game is lagging — what should I do?

Clear browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+Delete). Try another browser — we recommend Chrome or Firefox. Disable extensions. If that does not help — write to us.

Did not receive premium features after purchase

Features usually activate automatically within 5 minutes. If they have not appeared within an hour — write to support@xterium.com.

How do I get a moon?

A moon can appear after a battle from the debris field: 1% chance per 1000 debris, capped at 20%. Only destroyed fleet leaves debris. Estimate the chance with the Moon calculator (Calculators section).

How many planets can I have?

Up to 18. The limit grows with the Colonization research — each level adds one planet. You colonize free positions with an engineering ship.

How do I avoid losing my fleet to an attack?

Saving: send your fleet on a flight or expedition before the attack so it is not on the planet when the strike lands. See the knowledge base guides for details.

How much can I loot from an attack?

Up to 50% of the target planet resources, but no more than your fleet cargo capacity. Use the Raid calculator (Calculators section) for an exact figure.

Is Xterium free to play?

Yes, Xterium is free to play. There are optional premium features, but no aggressive pay-to-win — wars are decided by strategy and activity.
