About this skill
Nebula Generator is an alliance skill that draws power from interstellar gas: it increases energy output on members’ planets. More energy means faster mines and buildings and less downtime from power shortages.
The skill is shared and funded from the alliance’s common treasury. The higher the level, the more freely a base develops — valued by those who build an energy-hungry economy.
