Xterium Tournaments
Tournaments run constantly and automatically: points accumulate from your regular actions. Personal tracks by duration and a shared alliance tournament, 19 task types and generous rewards — from resources to artifacts.
Tournaments run automatically — there's nothing to “start” separately. Points accumulate from your regular actions that fit the tournament type. Tournaments differ by duration (tracks) and by what earns points (19 types).
The biggest track: 7 days, the result of the whole alliance. Members' points add up into a shared standing — the whole team gets the place. Over the week the tournament cycles through all 19 task types by rounds, so any activity counts: buildings, battles, expedition, contracts.
Personal tournaments
They run in parallel with the alliance one. They differ by duration and set of tasks — there's nothing to choose, points go into all matching ones at once. Below — what exactly each track counts:

19 task types
What earns points. Each tournament has its own type; the alliance one cycles through all 19 by rounds. For example, in contracts: quick — 1 point, normal — 2, long — 3.
Rewards
The higher the place — the more valuable the reward. Real reward categories:
The reward grows with your result. The higher your final score in the tournament, the bigger the set: the base reward increases per result level — about +7.5% in personal tournaments (2–5 days) and +15% in the 7-day combat one, up to 500 levels. So even the same tournament type brings more the more actively you played.

Antimatter for your rank place
In the ranking tournament (division A, ~2-week cycle) antimatter is awarded for your place — the higher the place, the more. Values (tourneyList):
