About this skill
Vanguard Research is an alliance skill that equips expeditions more generously: it increases the size of the expedition fleet sent into the Endless Expanse. More ships per flight mean more finds and less risk.
The skill is shared across the alliance and funded from the common treasury. The higher the level, the weightier each expedition — a skill for explorers of deep space.
