About this skill
Deuterium Synthesis is an alliance skill that raises deuterium production for members. Deuterium is fleet fuel and a research resource, so a boost frees your hands in both war and science.
The skill is shared and funded from the alliance’s common treasury. The higher the level, the more fuel in the tanks — a skill for those who fly a lot.
