Base rate from the game code: 1 Dark Matter yields 0.00011 Stellar Ore; a payout coefficient of 0.25 is applied (a 75% fee), so effectively 1 Dark Matter → 0.000028 Stellar Ore. For example, 500,000 Dark Matter turns into 14 Stellar Ore (the engine rounds the result down). Per transaction you can give at most 500,000 Dark Matter. The reverse pair "Stellar Ore → Dark Matter" trades at a base rate of 1 → 9,000 (payout coefficient 0.9); a round trip returns ≈22.28% of the volume, losing ≈77.72%.
