A booster is a temporary buff: you activate it and it lasts 4 hours. You can keep up to 3 boosters active at the same time. Boosters stack with permanent bonuses (research, senators, anomalies), and this one has several power levels.

In the game code, "Pact Payoff" is separate boosters №4–6 of the ContractAward family with values 0.25 / 0.5 / 0.75 (boostersList). While the booster is active, its value is added to the ContractAward factor; when the timer runs out, the effect switches off automatically.

How long does a booster last?

Every booster lasts 4 hours from activation. You can have up to 3 active at the same time.

Where do I get boosters?

Boosters are handed out as rewards for your place in tournaments. They are not sold for real money.

Do boosters stack with other bonuses?

Yes. A booster adds on top of permanent bonuses from research, senators and anomalies.

What if I activate all levels at once?

Boosters of the same type stack, so all 3 levels active together give a combined +150%.
