How a player levels up. You earn experience and level up for your actions in the game. There are no level caps. Experience per level: approximately 1,000 for each level up to level 200; after that, the requirement increases (≈+10 per level up to level 400, and even more beyond that). Each time you level up, you choose a rewardresources, fleet, dark matter, mods, or starlite ore; the higher the level, the greater the reward, and every 5th and 10th level grants special rewards.

Ranks. Every 10 levels you earn a new rank (a total of 41 ranks: from “Survivor” to “Balance-Bearer” at level 400). A rank grants four permanent bonuses: a discount on fleet restoration, a favorable rate for buying resources with antimatter, a discount on Prime Fleet and defense, and a favorable rate for exchanging antimatter for dark matter. The higher the rank, the stronger the bonuses (reaching their maximum at rank 40).

Below is a calculator: enter your level, and it will show your rank and its bonuses. The table lists all ranks along with the level required to unlock them and the exact percentages.
